I hope you enjoy looking at my paintings as much as I enjoyed painting them.

I have spent most of my life in Gourock on the banks of the River Clyde in Scotland. The River and the hills beyond have always been inspirational to me.

I paint in the studio from reference material gathered on site and hope to convey my love of the hills, lochs and glens.

Recently I have been exploring figurative work and have found this every bit as alluring as landscape painting.
